Hello! I'm Toadie, but you can also call me Moss or Bee. I'm an animation major with a love for character design!Want to have your favorite characters drawn by me? Want some fanart of your OCs? Consider sending me a message on Instagram or Tumblr! You can also message me directly on Discord (@toads.n.moss).Please keep in mind that I am a full time animation major! Expect a turnaround time of 2-5 days to 1-3 weeks for commissions. In order to not stress myself out too much, I will usually only take a few commissions at a time. On the off chance you message me asking about commissions while my comms are closed, I will gladly add you to a waiting list, and you will get first priority when my comms reopen!Please check the samples I've provided and take a read through the terms of service before commissioning me!

Extra character: +%50 price based on the initial price for one character.Complex designs: +%25-%50 price depending on the complexity of the design and what type of style comm you want. "Complex designs" include mecha and overly detailed clothes and accessories. %25 price increase for sketch and lineart comms, %50 price increase for colored + rendered comms.Backgrounds: Lineart and colored comms will come with a simple color background of your choice. If you want a more complex background (ex: a location, a room, etc.), please discuss your ideas with me as it may result in a price increase. %25 price increase for lineart comms, %50 price increase for colored + rendered comms. By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understood, and agree to the terms listed below. If you have any questions, please include them when asking me about a commission!
50% of full commission price must be paid upfront. This only applies to orders that go over $20. Any order that is under $20 will require full payment upfront.
I currently only take payment through Paypal and Venmo.
Payment must be paid in USD.
After you approve the sketch, I will ask for the second 50% of price (if applicable). Once I receive the payment, I will start working on the latter half of your commission.
WIP updates will be watermarked with a small "not complete" notice.
Once completed, I will send the finished art piece through either email or Discord to ensure you get the highest quality image.
After completion, I will ask you if I can post a watermarked version of your commission onto my socials. You are completely free to tell me if you would like to keep your commission private.
While all my works are always watermarked, your completed version will have a much less noticeable watermark compared to the one I may post.
Please provide some form of reference for the characters you want drawn, whether it be your own art or art that another artist drew of your character. This can even be just a Picrew description of your character. Please also provide a detailed description of any poses you want.
I'm willing to discuss whatever ideas you may have, but I would prefer if you already have an idea in mind before commissioning me.
You have the right to minor revisions in the sketching phase (I.E a character's expression, arm/leg position, etc) free of charge.
If you want a major revision (I.E different pose, new outfit, etc), you may need to pay extra depending on the complexity of the change and how far I've gotten into the process.
You have the right to a reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eye color changes).
Please do not use my art for commercial use.
You can cancel and refund parts of any order for any reason, but please discuss details further with me so I may still be paid for my time and effort.
You do not hold the right to use my art in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
You do not hold the right to use my art in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
I have the right to refuse and refund any commission that I feel uncomfortable with.
If I find that you have violated any parts of these ToS, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me and I will alert fellow artists of your behavior.
